Generally, delivery takes 1 - 4 working days for most in-stock products. For more information, check under Delivery.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

The current delivery fee can be viewed at any time. Please note that the delivery charge applies per order. In other words, you only pay one delivery charge per order, regardless of how many products are included in the order.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will be sent an email to confirm that it’s on its way. If you haven’t received a mail from us, your order probably didn't go through.

How do I return products?

It’s simple and quick. You only need to follow these steps:

1. Fill an RMA form online and you will get an RMA-number
2. Write the RMA number on the return shipment
3. Send the shipment back to our address *

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE
MY BACKORDERED PRODUCTS?

You will regularly receive e-mails with information about expected delivery time for products that are backordered. If your order included In Stock items, those products will ship separately from the backordered product, and additional shipping costs will apply for backordered product. If you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact our customer service.

MyTrendyPhone offers you two shipping preferences in case you need to receive some of our products sooner than others, therefore while making your order you can choose one of these shipping preferences:

- Group my items into as few shipments as possible
- I want my items faster. Ship them as soon as they become available (at additional cost)

This option is better solution if you are trying to keep shipping costs down. This means that we will group our products into the fewest shipments possible. There is a chance of waiting a bit longer for your order to ship, and this depends on the availability of the products you're purchasing, but this option will save you money on shipping.

- I want my items faster. Ship them as soon as they become available (at additional cost)

Ordering a product that is not currently available may slow down the rest of your order. Choosing this option will allow you to receive our products as soon as they become available, beginning with those already in stock. Per-shipment fee will be charged for each shipment, but you will get the products you ordered sooner than you would if you chose the previous option. If possible, we will group products where it makes sense to do so.
